GENERAL CONDITIONS
  1. You must make full payment for accommodation at the time of booking.
  2. Payment will be made via a debit to your nominated credit card.
  3. For xmas/new year bookings see conditions below.
  4. All rates include a hot buffet breakfast and all rooms are serviced weekly.

CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR CONDITIONS
The Christmas and New Year period is surcharged � see rates and dates above.
  • You must make full payment for accommodation at the time of booking.
  • Payment will be made via a debit to your nominated credit card.
  • If a booking is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival a 50% cancellation fee applies. If cancelled after that date the payment is not refundable. Refunds will not be credited to credit cards and will only be payed by Cheque.
  • Minimum stay over Christmas/New Year is 5 days
  • If you require rates beyond these dates please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your booking, a cancellation fee will apply as follows:
  1. When a booking is cancelled more than 3 days prior to check in date a cancellation fee of 1 night stay will apply.
  2. When a booking is cancelled 3 days prior to check in date or less, or if you fail to arrive at the hotel, the original payment is non refundable.
  3. If after arrival a guest chooses to check out early for whatever reason, the amount to be returned if any is at the discretion of the management. We recommend appropriate travel insurance protection.
  4. Refunds will not be credited to credit cards and will only be payed by Cheque.
  5. Special 'Lastminute' sale conditions. If you cancel or amend the booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
  6. For Christmas/New Year bookings see above conditions.
All cancellations must be made IN WRITING using one of the following methods:
  • Using our

  • Mail to our Street Address
When you contact us, we require 2 (TWO) of the following, so that we may efficiently process your request and reply to you:
  • Your BOOKING ID
  • Email Address used in the booking
  • Name and Surname used in the booking
A cancellation must be confirmed back to you by one of our consultants. If you have not received a confirmation of the cancellation within 24 hours after submission, it means we have not received it and you must resubmit it.
